There has been an electric atmosphere surrounding USA soccer
(or as I like to say for fun “Futbol de Estados Unidos). For the first time in my life, I actually
looked forward to watching a soccer match. It was special to watch eleven men fight and
claw for one thing…….victory for their nation.
Parallels can be drawn in many life situations. Whether one has been accused of a crime,
injured at work, or seriously neglected in a medical care facility, the human
response is to right that wrong. Clients
have told me how they deal with these situations, and it is clear that everyone
handles them differently. I had one
client tell me he handles these situations with a baseball bat (not
recommended). I had another client
